Chris has more than 30 years experience in professional photography. With roots in community photojournalism and a University of Minnesota journalism degree, he has always enjoyed photographing people. The opening of Chris Lommel Photography in 1991 was a natural stepping stone in his career. With numerous awards in both portrait photography and journalism, Chris has a unique ability to capture the elegance of fine portraiture and the "be yourself" fun times with high school seniors, children and families.
